Jen Agnew is honored to play a part in the transformational experience that is Orr Fellowship. Jen is fueled by a passion for community engagement and college graduate empowerment. Her background is in the field of higher education, where she has worked for various colleges and universities. Jen offers experience in curriculum development, leadership programming, training, diversity/social justice/inclusion initiatives, and advising. Originally from Omaha, NE, she earned degrees from the University of Nebraska and Ball State University.
Hilary joined Orr Fellowship as its Executive Director in 2021. She is excited to showcase the extraordinary talents of our Fellows to the Indianapolis business community. Before joining the Fellowship, Hilary practiced law at Ice Miller LLP and served as an Associate Professor of Business Law and the Interim Dean of Butler University’s Lacy School of Business. As an educator, Hilary has dedicated much of her career to helping young professionals discover their passions, identify their career goals, and develop the skills necessary to achieve their dreams. Hilary holds her undergraduate degree from DePauw University and her Juris Doctor from Indiana University McKinney School of Law.
Alyssa Graudins is grateful to work alongside future business leaders and is excited to help Orr Fellowship grow and maintain meaningful relationships with corporate partners. She has spent most of her career in donor-centric roles in nonprofit organizations and higher education. Alyssa has been fortunate to hold positions that focus on building relationships, implementing strategic philanthropy initiatives, and developing engaging marketing & communication plans. She has earned degrees from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and IUPUI’s O'Neill School.
